The 'Speak for Success' 1st term program, initiated in 2022, began to establish the infrastructure for foreign language education within the Fergana Education Center, providing English classes to 20 students. In addition, its 2nd term in 2023, designed to ensure the stability and expansion of education, provided opportunities for more students to study English than its 1st term did. Total 83 students have benefited from this program so far.

Furthermore, the 3rd term program, scheduled to begin in December of this year, is planned to advance the English education program. Additionally, 57 participants will join this program with the goal of enhancing their employability. It will offer the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination free of charge to those who demonstrate high academic achievements during this winter semester. Moreover, starting from this term, we have expanded opportunities for Korean language education by collaborating with the Tashkent Korean Education Center.
